Our history
1940
Polveri e Metalli S.p.A.
Founded in Marghera by Engineer Toniolo, initially producing powders for military use.
1962
Pometon Spain
Pometon’s subsidiary in Spain opens.
1978
Metallurgica Toniolo
Founded in Marghera by Engineer Toniolo, designed and built with the best technologies of the time for the production of grits and granules.
1990
Pometon S.p.A.
Polveri e Metalli S.p.A and Metallurgica Toniolo merged to form the current Pometon S.p.A. with headquarters in Maerne.
1996
Pometon LTD UK
Pometon’s subsidiary in the UK opens.
2001
Pometon doo Bor
Pometon’s factory opens in Bor, Serbia.
2006
Pometon GMBH
Pometon’s subsidiary in Germany opens.
2009
Pometon Metal Tozlari Sanayi Ve Dış Ticaret LTD Şti
Pometon’s subsidiary in Turkey opens.

Pometon India LTD
Pometon’s subsidiary in India opens.

Pometon Plus
Pometon Plus, the Pometon division dedicated to Additive Manufacturing, is born.
